The place is peaceful in the countryside and the owners are no longer in business. It is located 15 minutes from Moissac and 30 minutes from Montauban. I have two cats, I am a non-smoker and so is the house. I work, I like calm. I am looking for a roommate who has already lived in a shared apartment. The house is bright because it is high up on the hillsides. There is a third small extra room, an open kitchen (photo), a dining room / living room (photo). The house is 100 m2 and the spaces can easily be shared by two people. The insert in winter can help avoid high electricity bills.
