In an old 19th century building (120m²) partly renovated (double glazing, insulation, etc.), two bedrooms (15-17m²) are available on the first floor. They are rented furnished with access to the garden, the terrace and private parking. The kitchen and living room are shared and fully equipped (with a wood stove), like the laundry room (washing machine, drying racks), gym room. . For nature lovers, a river flows at the end of the 4000m² plot and paths can be used from the garden. The house is located in a quiet street in Carmaux, a 15-minute walk from the town center, 10 minutes from the train station by bike and 20 minutes from the Jean Jaurès high school. The house is 20 minutes by car from the center of Albi and access to expressways is close. Albi is 13 minutes by train and Toulouse is 1h15 by train (I go there several times a week) and the station is very well served.
