The bedroom is upstairs with 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
The area is very friendly and well served by metro lines 1 and 9 at 8 minutes walk from each (RER A at 5 minutes too). 2 small cafes restaurants in the same street and all the local shops right next door. The Bois de Vincennes is a 15 minute walk away for lakeside walks.
The accommodation is suitable for people who love tranquility, the song of birds in the morning, finding themselves with a bit of nature very close to Paris in an atypical place, surrounded by gardens, people who are clean and respectful of this pretty house, students or employees or traveling to Paris.
