I rent a furnished room of 9.5 m2 in my apartment of 77 m2.
There are many local shops such as Auchan, Columbus coffee, Boulangerie Jules, Picard, etc.
Metro B (Jean-Jaures) is a 2-minute walk away, and the C7 bus stops at the bottom of the building. I only rent to women.
You can use the kitchen.
I work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., so I prefer to receive tenants from 5:30 p.m., but this can be arranged.
